Java Won't Start When Trying To Access Banner

Note:  Windows 10 users must use Internet Explorer, not Edge, to access Banner.

There are two settings in Java that must currently be disabled to allow access into INB and certain other areas of the intranet.

To change these settings follow these instructions:

1.  Type Configure Java into the Start Menu.
2.  Select the Advanced tab, and scroll to the bottom of this window.
3.  Make sure Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 are unchecked.
4.  Apply and OK!

It may be necessary to restart Internet Explorer to reset the Java plugin.
